Order inquiry and contact
information All emailed order inquiries or customer related questions will be replied to within 24 hours or less during weekdays and 24-48 hours or less on weekends. Typically our response times are within a few hours or less if between 10am to 10pm EST Mon-Fri. We DO NOT use any automated customer service recordings, drones, or outsourcing at anytime. All phone calls and emails are handled directly by me, Christopher Dean (Director of operations) or William Miller (Assistant Director), during regular business hours. Accepted forms of payment We accept credit and debit cards including; MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, electronic checks via PayPal, Postal Money Orders, and cash (sent in security envelopes). All payments must be received before any order is shipped and in US dollars currency. To pay by money order or PayPal email or call us with a list of what you would like to order and we will reply with payment instructions.
Competitive pricing service At NWS we strive every day to try and be as competitive as we can with our prices. If you find a price elsewhere that is cheaper let us know and we will try to compete with the lower price if we can. We will NOT however undervalue a product just to dump it off on the market or to bring people to our online store just to buy other products as we feel this hurts the market overall and being game designers ourselves we feel each product should be given its proper, yet competitive, market value. If we cannot beat or match a price we will add a free game to the order from a selection of select titles.
Order processing email
notifications and tracking The online store will email a transaction record except when paying using PayPal which sends it own email record. A record of credit card charge will also be emailed from our online terminal. Upon delivery of product another email will be sent via our postage software with a delivery confirmation tracking number for domestic orders or direct email indicating date of product being shipped out with package and/or custom form label numbers for international orders. Note: Some email address servers may not work well with our online terminal or store email server. If for some reason you do not get a notification please contact us at the contact information shown above for an order inquiry and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Software Retail Packaging Note that this policy is mostly for large or bulky retail packaging being shipped to international destinations. Some retail box covers will not fit into the standard shipping mailers. To allow for safer and faster shipping software retail packaging are sometimes not included unless requested. All available documentation, manuals, and software codes are always included with software shipments. To request a retail box cover please note your request in the notes of your order or contact us before ordering. Please note that extra shipping costs may apply if retail packaging is included depending on final weight and destination of shipment.
Software Media The new software listed on our store either come in DVD or CD format. It is HIGHLY recommended having a DVD ROM drive, of which are presently very inexpensive, for many of the latest games as they usually require multiple CDs which can cause added wear and tear on the CD drive due to CD swapping or if one CD goes bad the entire game may fail. With many games being available in both formats we try to pick DVD as the option of choice for these reasons if available through our contacts. Used games may either be in CD, DVD, or 3.5" floppy media depending on the game and age of the publication. If you prefer a specific format or the other please contact us before ordering.
Technical support We will always give official prompt and professional replies to any technical support questions regarding our NWS products. We also try to give *unofficial* support for other products that we sell on our online store when possible including computer hardware technical support. We do have several experienced computer and software diagnostic personnel on our staff and we will be happy to try and help when and where we can.
Return and exchange policy All returns or exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. If there are any problems then please contact first to see if we can help if possible and then we can go from there. We do try to help customers with unofficial tech support as noted in the section "Technical support" above.
Software system
requirements The system requirements for NWS products are given on our main website at http://www.navalwarfare.net. For the system requirements for other software products please contact us directly and we can find the requirements for you based on publisher recommendations. If there are enough requests we will add system requirements to our online store. Note: System requirements in most cases are not accurate for every system as computer systems can vary widely in performance even if they have similar hardware. Some stated requirements are too low for decent game performance and other requirements are too high as the game might run fine on a lower end system. If you would like more information about system requirements compared to what system you have then please contact us and we will try to help you further.
Privacy and security
information Our online store and website are run on very secure servers. At NO time is your information EVER given out to any outside parties for ANY reason. Only 2 members of our staff will ever see your ordering information at anytime, myself (Director of Operations), and my shipping person at our second location. Special Ordering If you don't see a product on our online store that you are looking for then please contact us as we can update our online store very rapidly and we also respond to special requests within 24 hours or less. There is no extra charge for special orders or requests.
Software Editions All software sold on our store are brand new from the manufacturer unless specifically stated as "used". Most newer software come with a printed manual. Older titles may be only available with electronic manuals. If you would like to know what type of manual or documentation comes with a particular software title then please contact us.
Customer relations At NWS we will NEVER treat customers as just another order. It is our *very strict* policy to treat each and every customer as an individual and with professional courtesy and as a family of military gamers. No member of our staff is EVER allowed to be unprofessional with any of our contacts or customers at any time for any reason. We are also military gamers and researchers here at NWS as well as game designers. We have made many friends and contacts through our various forums and customers that order from our online store that we value very highly.
